Do you believe that the puritan states of USA could research a drug that would induce asexuality?

Uh, no one would do this as it defiles some basic rights of mankind. Look at all the controversy that occurred when they tried to sterilize mentally affected people at the turn of the century, and recently the parents of a very ill patient had her ovaries removed so she would not grow and mature and they were heavily criticized.
