Happy people think sad people could easily do suicide if they wanted, without assistance, but what methods are?

there that are as painless, as guaranteed to work as assisted suicide, and will not result in sectioning for an attempt. Are these happy, problemless people responsible for keeping assisted suicide illegal just fat smug puritans who haven't thought it through?...until perhaps someone paralyses them or ruins their life in some way
