Would you be offended if your friend said this about your baby?

I invited my friend over for a barbecue and she made two snide remarks about my baby: my gorgeous boy is mixed..her husband said wow he's very fair and she replied "I thought he was going to be lighter" Then while we were all outside she loudly told me his ears were dirty. Maybe they were because as much as I clean my child's ears there always seems to be wax again. Anyway, I thought it was rude of her to say it in front of other people. She also tried taking off his clothes insisting he was hot yet I had him dressed in shorts, then as soon as my hubby said he was going to change his diaper, she jumped in and did it. What the hell is wrong with her? Should I be offended?
